The Blue and White Music Boosters, in conjunction with Tournament of Bands and Mansfield University, are proud to present the "Tioga County Music in Motion Festival". The Festival is scheduled for March 20, 2010 from 3pm-9pm - times will be adjusted according tot the number of entries. This event will feature some of the finest competitive indoor music ensembles in the region, including competitive categories for Color Guards, Percussion Ensembles (both marching and concert), Majorettes and Dance Teams. Featured will be our own "Blue Thunder Percussion Ensemble" and "Rising Stars Winter Guard".

The event will be held in Mansfield University's Decker Gymnasium, a top-level facility with judging from a high level (similar to the level and "feel" of all-chapter championships and WGI regional events). Take advantage of this early-season opportunity to perform in a championship-caliber venue, and help us grow the activity in our area! Consider travelling to our event! Mansfield University is located about 50 miles North of Williamsport, and 20 miles South of Corning, NY. Easily accessed from the newly finished Highway 15 (future I-99).
